Can Vicent Rafal is a luxury villa of 720 m2 of house in a land of more than 30.000 sqm, with a big infinity pool and an outdoor jacuzzi with wonderful views to Santa Eulalia and the sea.
This villa, built in 2006 from an existing villa, maintains the main characteristics of the Ibiza’s architecture, surrounded by fruit trees and marvelous palm trees, that will make you discover the authentic Ibiza in an exceptional surrounding, with complete privacy and a perfect location.
In 2016 near the pool was builta new area called pool-house, with a barbecue, a 2nd kitchen, toilets, showers and an area ready for events.
